For TigerVNC 1.2, I produced 64-bit binaries, but they were slightly
crippled. The issue was that there were no pre-compiled versions of
GnuTLS available under Windows, so it would have been necessary to build
all of the GnuTLS infrastructure from source. I punted at the time and
produced 32-bit binaries with GnuTLS and 64-bit binaries without GnuTLS.
The other issue is that building 64-bit binaries requires MinGW64,
which isn't as user-friendly as regular MinGW.

There is a performance advantage to using a 64-bit build of TigerVNC
under Windows. You might notice as much as 10% better performance on a
LAN, due to the fact that the 64-bit version of libjpeg-turbo is
somewhat faster than the 32-bit version.
