I also had significant trouble building a compatible set of GnuTLS
binaries, even 32-bit ones, and ended up using the pre-built GnuTLS package
that DRC had referenced in BUILDING.txt.  Now that some attention has been
given to the Windows 7 issues and given that Windows XP will formally go
EOL in a few months, this is probably worth re-visiting so I will make
another attempt to incorporate a 64-bit package into the nightly build
process.
