In any case I have improved lua definitions and created
https://github.com/FreemapSlovakia/osm2pgsql-lua-definitions. Then I published
it to https://github.com/LuaLS/LLS-Addons. Now it is very easy to install and
use these types in VSCode.
Type definitions could use more comments and review, but in any case for me it
is already very useful - that's why I decided to share it ✌️
