The problem is that when the upload queue is full 10 clients trying to upload are much more likely to get a chance than 1 uploader trying to upload the work of those 10 clients. The effect will be that lone clients will be sweating and doing all the work while the render farms will be sitting idle. How much strain are the requests to check the upload queue putting on the server? Maybe the cap should be at 60 instead of 600 sec.
