Nope - Since data has grown exponentially in various places of the world - Brisbane tiles forinstance is now among the tiles using 2GB+ in Inkscape, several tiles in the US after the Tiger dataimport finished, is getting up there as well. Same goes for several places in the UK, Germany, Finland and most other countries where people are active.
