I can make you the 2GB log file available to do the stats, if you want it.
I haven't done it but from a cursory glance it seems that there are quite a few 
uploads that are no complete tileset.

Perhaps those people don't run "loop" mode but do their specific "xy" tiles, 
just uploading these.
