Apparently yes or the previous poster wouldn't have asked. :-)

But I have implemented logging on the server and capture the number of returned 
jobs now, so I will be able to give more info on how often a client craps out 
in the future.

People will always run their clients on boxes of varyying power, especially 
with regard to RAM. You just can't render Boston downtown in a smallish virtual 
box. And *offering* an optional maximum complexity setting won't hurt anybody.
