Hi deelkar and others,

1) the server now checks for the current client version and rejects unknown
ones. Currently allowed are Quickborn and Rapperswil. I added code to the
client that let's it die if you connect with a version that is not accepted.
Deelkar, perhaps you could have a look at that, I simply use a "die" now (which
is what the above authentication failed check uses", but this doesn't hand back
the job to the server, is there a way to achieve that?

I'd be grateful if this would be handled gracefully.

2) I didn't have some SAX modules installed, so OR/P crapped out, it did not
return the job to the server, apparently (it didn't show in the client output
and I have a couple of active jobs now)

3) Also, during testing I had to CTRL-C the client a couple of times. At least
during the times OR/P was just rendering, it just exited without handing the
job back to the server. Isn't it supposed to do that?

spaetz
