Hi List,

currently, the server upload queue is full. This causes many renderers to 
sleep which is a waste of time. I assume, that the reason is the rendering of 
many very simple tiles, e.g. most of the priority 4 tiles. Sending more 
complex tiles to the renderers would then (if I'm right) help the server 
queue managing the uploads, since the number of uploads would decrease.

My thought was the following mechanism:

Server upload queue fill level in percent is the percentage of serving more 
complex jobs to the renderers. Example: Server upload queue fill level is 
43%. This would cause the server to serve 43 out of 100 jobs with higher 
complexity (e.g. >1,000,000).

Meanings?
