BatikPath is no longer used, instead the code searches for it's
dependencies automatically. I have now added c:\programme (and a
couple of other such translated names) to the searchpath.

Yes, there has been issues with it before. Batik doesn't seem to be
much used though, given how few bug reports I get for it, and how long
bugs can go unnoticed.
