The tile looks good here. What's wrong? Did you clear your cache before reloading? With Firefox you click the reload button while pressing shift key. The following (nearby) tile was indeed wrong but is ok after rerendering: http://server.tah.openstreetmap.org/Browse/?layer=tile&z=12&x=1186&y=1558 You can still see the error when zooming out.
