Well, "drain" seems to be the prefered tag for storm sewers. And the
storm sewers I know tend to be big. ~30 meters or so...

The old rendering did that too. Introducing honor-width="yes" to z < 14
should be straight forward. It this is a wanted feature I can easily add it.

If you want to add support for the width tag just do it. But please
don't make drain too small.
