Hi,

I think Matthias is right.
Yesterday I generated a lot of tiles over a different
internet-connection and I had no problem uploading at all.
I found out that there is an ancient firewall on the first internet
connection that does not even support TCP window scaling.
I think this causes the problem and I am happy that the maintainers are
planning on replacing it.

Thank you for your efforts.
I will generate tiles on "clean and proper working" internet connections
from now on..
