The -dev client should now ignore UploadToDirectory in upload_loop mode. In upload mode the behavior is unchanged because otherwise "./tilesGen.pl once && ./tilesGen.pl upload" would not behave as expected. Should the client in upload_loop mode upload from UploadTargetDirectory instead of WorkingDirectory/uploadable? This would make it easier to share the config between renderers and uploaders.
