I did not see any mention in their specification heet of a voltage input to tweak the frequency, which would be a disadvantage for me. I like my SRS PRS-10, which provides both a voltage input for frequency control and a 1 PPS input for discipliningit with the 1 PPS signal from a GPS receiver.
