Some on on this list mentioned a Richard McCorkle's Time Interval Counter.
Is there any place on the web that I can get some more info on this. I don't want to buy a HP counter to do comparisons of crystal oscillators. I have to frequency counters but they are not really useable for phase comparisons. So I intend to build something.
