Hi Dennis, it is encouraging that you have the 30 volts at least. Take the power supply board out and check the large transistors on the left side of it. If memory serves right, there should be 2 of them on heat sinks. There is a fair chance that one of them is bad. One should actually be a regulator IC. I will pull out the schematic when I get back in late Monday and can give you more helpful info. I will go ahead and contact you off list then and we'll get your problem figured out.
