( I don't own that edition, but shall add it to the wish list )
 
Also, Chapter 14 of "The Art and Science of Analog Circuit Design",
Williams (ed), 1995, titled 'John Harrison's "Ticking Box" ', summarizes
his efforts towards the Longitude Prize.
