Its just a voltage controlled temperature compensated crystal oscillator 
or in other words a VCXO with internal temperature compensation so that 
with a fixed control voltage input the frequency drifts far less over 
temperature than a standard VCXO.

VCTCX0 and TCVCXO are equivalent acronyms only the word order is changed.
