Unlukily I can't open my Racals now to check how many jumpers are present on the GPIB board, because they are running. I have electronic copies of both the standard and military manuals. They are different revisions than yours, as the page numbers do not match. Anyway on both manuals only one jumper is shown on the GPIB board, and both state "install item 41 on lower row of pins". Go understand. Let's wait for the Bill's follow up.
