The GPS interface control document IS-GPS-200D defines message type 32 on page 145 (Figure 30-5) and pages 175-178. The message contains the parameters necessary to calculate UT1 (Earth rotation angle) when UTC is known. Does anyone know of a readily available GPS receiver that makes these parameters accessible to the user?
