Hi: u-blox has announced a precision timing module, but it's not going to be in production until 1Q09. The preliminary data sheet was revised about a week ago. It's the newest addition to the LEA-5 family of recievers.
The time pulse can be set between once every millisocond to 4 seconds. USB2, UART and SPI interfaces.
