I have a couple of HP/Agilent E3611A's and an E3610A.
I've had them from new for almost 20 years.
A couple of small value electrolytics in them failed in the E3611A's a 
couple of years ago spraying the PCB with their corrosive contents.
After repair they continue to work well.
