Hi Jean:

It's been a few days since the rotation of the 4065 and it sure did make a

Just prior to the rotation (near vertical grid line at 7 days) the slope was 
472 (parts in E-15) and after it's 167 (parts in E-15) plus a dog leg in the 
data.

Maybe that's part of why the government standards are mounted on concrete 
pillars?
