TAPR's Time and Frequency Design Team (i.e., me) is definitely
interested in a divider design, though what I had in mind is slightly
different than your design, David, perhaps because of a slightly
different idea of functionality, as well as matching the footprint of
the existing TADD-1 and TADD-3 boards. I've been a bit out of the loop
lately because of some medical problems, but would love to talk with you
about this.

But more generally, and why I'm sending this to the list, I'd encourage
hardware designers to look at the TAPR Open Hardware License
(http://www.tapr.org/OHL) for their projects. It's available for use by
anyone, whether or not connected with TAPR.

John
