Any standard 10 pin flat ribbon cable header will fit on the pins just fine.
You can probably salvage one off an ancient PC motherboard serial port header
to DB-9 type RS-232 connector cable. Or see Ebay item 350112294584. The same
seller has shorter cables for less. Or search Ebay for "10 pin idc" (without
the quotes).
