Someone had the good suggestion the other day of creating a new mailing
list for voltage geeks. So, I just created [email protected].
Configuration and operation is identical to time-nuts.
While I don't want to ban voltage-related discussions from time-nuts,
this will create an opportunity for folks with an interest to go to town
about voltage references, DVMs, and the like.
