Yesterday, the PU on my Z3801A suddenly jumped from 2.9uS (where it had stabilized) up to 4.2uS. This was an instantaneous jump. the PU stayed there for a few hours and then started gradually decreasing again. about 20 hours after the jump, the PU is only down to 3.9uS. This Z3801A was powered up five days ago after about three years of storage. I'm showing my ignorance, but would someone explain why this jump would happen?
