Better holdover for when your antenna gets zapped by lightning. :) That probably assumes your Z3801As are running off a UPS and that you have a good anti-lighting setup on the antenna coax so the Z3801A itself doesn't get zapped. -- These are my opinions, not necessarily my employer's.
