What do you need?
It's a SBAS system compatible with WAAS and MSAS. It provides
diffrential data which improves L1 C/A receivers positioning and timing.
Using one of the L1 C/A correlators corrections for the other
correlators can be retrieved while the geostationary satellite can also
be tracked.
Modern receivers should have SBAS support, but it may not look like it
on many receivers.
It has been in place for many years, but the "opening" is more about
them achieving the system status they was aiming for.
