Anyone knows of a commercially available 10 MHz -> 1pps divider chain,
built or in kit form?
I know that it may be very simple or not, depending from implementations.
A desirable feature would be the ability to sync the pps output to a
reference pps at the start of a measurement cycle.
Easy to design, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel here...
