The 10811-60158 has a higher than normal EFC tuning range and a lower
than normal aging rate. Combine these and you shouldn't need to tune it
manually - which is good since you CAN'T tune it manually. :-)

The point I was trying to make, perhaps unsuccessfully, was that
since the
can containing the inner oven was sealed, the smell had to be coming
from
the insulation between the inner and outer ovens.
