The B8221B116 is listed by Motorola as a VP Oncore with version 10.0
firmware.
I have very little other information but in the model information I do
have it's one of only two where the 1pps accuracy is unspecified.
>From that I suspect it's a general purpose 8 channel VP Oncore rather than
a specific timing receiver.
The B8s were the final versions of the 8 channel VP.
There should be plenty of information on the VP series available online but
I'm happy to zip up what I have and send it to you if you'd like it.
