It's free but unsupported.
Probably doesn't tick all your boxes though. Dogparksoftware also make
MultiMode (not free) which has some FFT facilities.
Also free: Sonogram The Software should run on MS Windows (98, 2000,
XP and Vista), PC-Linux, Sun Solaris, and Mac OS X.
