Front panel, chassis, motherboard, and power supply appear to be the same.
The CPU, ROM, and RAM boards were made into a single board. There were some changes to the counting circuitry to make it more production friendly. The whole counter was sped up so that it could read at a somewhat higher rate than the 5370A. -Chuck Harris Bob Camp wrote:
