You might also take a look at fldigi. It uses libsamplerate for conversion so you can do +/- ppm correction on the sound input, and also offers a tracking frequency measurement mode. A couple of years ago, I calibrated my radio clock against WWV at 10 MHz, then applied the resampling correction to get the sound card right, and then placed highly in the ARRL 7 Mhz FMT using this method.
