No.

Iceland is technically on two different plates... the North-
American plate and the Euroasian plate.

So it is not on ONE plate and none of the plates it is on is the Pacific plate.

PS. Fascinated about the danish manned space-jump exercises in the Baltic sea. Wonders about how their trajectory care about the ship routes around Bornholm. Ah well.
