Fellow time-nuts: There are very cheap Efratom distribution amplifiers on e***, for instance 290404960494 (no affiliations with the seller). Unfortunately, they have only 1 pps distribution cards.
However, it is very easy to change the card to distribute 10 MHz, or other frequencies. It takes only a few minutes.
