I obtained a Z3805A from one of our popular far eastern sellers on ePay and just got around to hooking it up to power and antenna. It appears to be working correctly, comes on frequency, 'locks', and matches my other standards well, at least in frequency.
However, it is not a sine wave. It is 'sine wave like' but obviously distorted with the upper half of the sine wave somewhat flattened but nowhere near as much as the bottom half. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.
