Has anyone noticed an improvement in the 1-PPS output from their
oncore VP receivers since about Jan9 2011? I have a couple of Z3801A
that both are now seeing +-15ns with a few outliers. Previously,
they were mostly +-50ns (as collected with gpscon).
I see no changes with my Fury that is connected to the same
antenna/splitter. It is always reporting within max +-10ns,
usually within +-5ns.
This seems to coincide with the GPS ground segment upgrade that was
reported to be completed in early Jan?
