Remove the inverter circuit!  It is not needed and might severely degrade the 
performance due to temperature issues, etc.  

You can specify the Tbolt DAC gain volts/Hz (both positive and negative values 
can bee used) and save it into EEPROM.  Lady Heather has an oscillator autotune 
function (&a) that will automatically determine the proper values.  The 
autotune function also sets the damping and time constant values to more 
time-nut desireable values and also sets the antenna elevation and signal level 
masks.

Note that you may need to first manually set the value in the general ballpark 
so that the unit can lock onto the GPS signal.   Once you have the unit setup,  
let it run for a month or so and re-tune the parameters.  Before running the 
autotune,  I set the elevation mask to 0 degrees,  clear the signal level data, 
 a let it collect data for a few hours.   This lets it determine the best 
antenna elevation mask to use.
