It is expected from the use of the Zarlink frontend chip, which takes 10 MHz, locks a 1400 MHz oscillator to it, divides it down by 10 to 140 MHz which is then used for first and second LO.

Thus, 1575,42 MHZ becomes 175,42 MHz and then 35,42 MHz.

You could hack a GPS module with the GEC Plessey/Zarlink frontend to achieve this.
