I know exactly what you mean. If you log into a google account, you can block websites from showing up in the results.
Incidentally, google searches allow fuzz. Not so good when you really want your keyword to be in the search results. I've been using the duckduckgo.com search engine. It has no fuzz. If it can't find what you want, it has a link set up to search in google or bing.
