TRW and PT makes me think "TRW's roots were founded in 1901, and it lasted more than a century until being acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2002. It helped create a variety of corporations, including Pacific Semiconductors,"

Fellow time nuts,

does anyone of you have available the specs of one of the the following
transistors?

1) PT5744

2) ENI5744

3) TRW201

The usual searching methods do not apply. Must be something extraordinary.
TIA and my best regards.
