As part of testing the FE 5680A for aging over two weeks, all I can say that the rate is low (2 E-12?), since temperature sensitivity masks aging. Performing temperature tests, I get 4.3 E-12 per degree C. I plan to temperature control the heatsink and perform additional tests and start the aging test over. Also worth mentioning is that when the heatsink is at 32.5 C the top of the unit at its center is 52.6 C !
