Fellow nutters; A comment on something posted earlier today. I know this is off topic,(except for the time-stamp-GPS anteena comment ;-)) but the web site http://water.weather. gov/ahps/ lists all the hydrologic monitors around the county. There are two near here with the crossed yagis pointing at what I would imagine is some GOES satellite. These have solar panels, but I've not noticed a GPR antenna, perhaps I shall look a little closer next time I goes by them.
