I got my two that I ordered yesterday (took over a month on the free postage
deal to UK).

Quickly lashed them up to the bench PSU and both locked within about 3
minutes. Both extremely close in frequency (not done any measurements yet),
but happy with what I'm seeing so far, especially for the price I paid!

My first 5680a took at least a half hour to lock the first time.
After that it locked within a few minutes. This is the one that draws
340 ma from 5 volts
but is extremely stable.
