His web site has a link to lulu.com for the Stable32 manual. While I was there I looked to see what else he had and found the Rubidium book. It's been there since last Oct. I'm surprised that it hasn't been mentioned on this list.

I don't have any connection to Mr. Riley or Lulu Marketplace.  Can't
even afford his software!  :-(
