Been watching the LORAN tests and it used to be that the various austrons and SRS would settle to quite low offsets like the 12th after a while 24 plus hours.
What I am seeing with the eLORAN is that at times the stability is quite good and working its way down. But then there are jumps and significant drifts at other times like 1 X 10 ^ -08. Fairly gross. Now I see its off the air again Oh well thats the way it goes. Back to the Tbolt and GPS.
