Paul thank you. I tried google and only got links to advertise other parts. Makes sense, unit has a summary bit output, probably checks 4 levels and gives a lock output. Different from M100 and other Efratom products. Still hunting for the 85 Hz, 127 Hz on the M100 is 5V pp into the phase detector. can not rule out the actual cell, maybe the step recovery diode.
